Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes ‘life happens’.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please phone Barossa Physiotherapy as soon as possible on (08) 8562 3441.

Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the appointment fee. No shows are liable to pay 100% of the appointment fee.

Legitimate emergencies and compassionate circumstances are an exception to this policy. Your future business may be declined if you repetitively cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

These policies are in place to protect us as a small business with limited consultation availability as well as the unlikely chance of being able to fill your appointment time with another client at late notice. Late cancellations have a significant impact on small business.
